Nick owns a registered fishing boat, the” Curlew”, which his Grandfather had built in 1948, and he works 200 pots for Lobster and Crab, nets for Grey Mullet, and catches Pollack on hand lines. He aims to serve his own caught fish and shellfish to guests as often as possible. A few lucky guests each year also get a chance to try freshly cooked prawns, caught with a push net at low water, on a big spring tide.
